With the help of internet banking transfer 100 LTL from any of your accounts ( e.g. simple “Visa” card) to the account of „ Visa Virtuon“. Create a „ PayPal“ account. This is done by filling out a relatively simple forms. Link your „ Visa Virtuon“ with „ PayPal“ account. You will make it by writing the number of „ Visa Virtuon“ card in „ PayPal“ administering column. When you enter the number, 1.50 EUR will be deducted from your „ Visa Virtuon“ however, they will remain in your „ PayPal“ account and you will be able to return them later. Later you will have to open in internet banking the history of „ Visa Virtuon“ card payments to find there a combination of letters and numbers. Load these letters or numbers in the column of „ PayPal“ administering. Your „ Visa Virtuon“ account is linked with „ PayPal“. „ PayPal“ explains very simply where and what should be introduced – with graphic examples, exhaustive explanations. It is nearly impossible to make a mistake.

„ PayPal” account is related with your e-mail, so I would recommend changing the password of e-mail access to a more complex one. Indicate in the microstock that you will use „ PayPal“ for settlement. The microstocks permit to transfer the money to your „ PayPal“ saccount when 50-100 EUR or $ is accumulated. The transfer takes place from the microstock administration column. Money falls from microstocks to „ PayPal“ rather quickly and without any payment. Money falls from „ PayPal“ to „ VisaVirtuon“ within 1-2 weeks for a symbolic payment. And you will transfer money from „ Visa Virtuon“ to your card immediately. All that is left is to go to the bank machine. I do not recommend to keep big sums of money in the „ Visa Virtuon“ account. That is not safe especially if you shop with the same card in the internet. When money falls to „ Visa Virtuon“ account, it would be best of all to transfer it to an ordinary card

أنا تحصلت على بطاقة فيز وماستر كارد من مصرف الأمان للتجارة والإستثمار وكلفت 50 دينار ليبي

في الأول قيل لي أن لابد دفع مبلغ 1000 دينار ليبي كضمان في حالة الرغبة في إستعمالها للشراء من الإنترنت ….. لكن أنا جربتها بنفسي بعدما أضفت رصيد 90 دينار فقط وتمكنت من شراء رصيد للسكاي بي وأيضا تذكرة طيران من موقع آير آسيا بدون أي مشاكل .

لكن وجب الحذر وعدم إستعمالها في الشراء من أي موقع مشبوه

إذا أردت شراء أي شي ماعليك إلا وضع المبلغ في حسابك ومن تم شراء المطلوب .

لكن في الواقع أنا لم أشتري شيء ملموس ك حاسوب أو طابعة أو غيره … كلها كانت أشياء إلكترونية لا تستحق الإرسال … ك رصيد سكاي بي وتذكرة طيران إلكترونية .
